To answer your question:
The club is the Arizona Rifle & Pistol Assoc - Cast Bullet Division.
Location was the Ben Avery Shooting Facility which serves the greater Phoenix area.

Judging by the scores, they were shot on the German ring target. That suggests to me it was schuetzen. I was otherwise occupied so couldn't make it to that match. I don't know for sure what the guys were shooting.
