That was more a "figure of speech". Usually just see one or two at a time -- though one morning, the wife saw 5 together, less than 100 yds from our front door.
Watched our dog one morning "playing" with 2 of them. He would chase them 40 - 50 yds then turn around to come home, then they chase him, trying to grab his hind legs. They're NOT Playing though. 2 trips to the Vet to get him stitched up.
I shot one last summer that was getting way too bold - hanging around the wife's Garden.
I've gotta be careful though -- we're on 10 Acres -- but its inside City limits. Roll Eyes

"Birders" do this all the time. It is called "DigiScoping"...Lots of manufacturers make adapters just for this purpose. The nive thing is you can easily "photograph" your target and then see new holes appear as you continue to shoot at the same target. You can also send the image to other phones on the line or in the clubhouse. And you can set it up so the image can be shown on a large screen TV for spectators to watch.....
