WESTERN POWDERS - Ramshot/Accurate Arms ?
Feb 3rd, 2016 at 7:53pm
Print Post
What is going on here?  For the past year or so ........... or more, there has been no AA4100 or Ramshot Enforcer to be found. Recently, MidSouth has the Enforcer (available without limitation on size of order), but no AA4100. Both products are distributed by Western. I see none of either powder offered by any other supplier. As I understand it, both powders are one and the same. Both made in Belgium and distributed by Western. (The Enforcer I have most recently obtained was manufactured 12/16/15 according to the label.) Since this powder is supposed to be the same as AA4100 ........ Where is the 4100?  ............... and, Why does it seem to be available only through MidSouth? Am I the only one who does not   understand what is going on? I guess it doesn't matter as I have enough to last until .......... ?.

Yes, change the picture but, send me the other 8 lb to "hide" for you. I've got these little brass things that I'll hide it in, Hillary will never find it  Smiley

I have 8 lbs. comming from Mid South. They have it also but only in i lb size.
As far as there being no 4100 who cares the Ramshot enforcer shoots identical to the 4100. Use what god gives you.

My understanding is it is very similar.

This is from reading other forums and other info.

I might need the info down the road when I use the 26# of H-108 on hand, and 8# AA9 and 1# WC 820

I'm just curious how the Enforcer would work in my CPA .25-20 WCF w/120 gr cast bullet and and my Ruger .327 Fed. Mag.w/170 gr cast bullet.

Enforcer is identical to 4100 last year I found some Enforcer I tried it side by side with 4100. The same setting gave me the same velocities and shot to exactly the same place. Some people have opined that it is the same powder with a different label on the can. Kind of like the old #9S and H108.

Got 10#'s of Enforcer on the way.  Along with my 10#'s of AA9, those should keep me in powder for awhile.  My other toys use BP or 22 RF.
