Last night I got a package from UPS with my long awaited 25-35 wcf Stevens 44 1/2 rebuild from CPA.  Let me say it is awesome!  I will take pictures sometime today and then again as soon as I finish the wood.  I had the action and lever re-colored,  then saw on this site a picture of a CPA with a filled in Ball and Spur Lever so added that.  I got a 26" #1 half octagon barrel with a Lyman target sight and a Weaver scope base.  The antelope and deer in southeast Wyoming better start migrating now as come this fall I do believe this rifle will fill the freezer!  Now it is time to send my Borchardt off for a rebuild, probably into a 30-40 or possibly a 33 wcf.  Happy New Year to all.  Tom
