Any data out there that shows a change in the coefficient of friction with a change in BHN?

Harder bullet might take more force to engrave, delaying the launch a millisecond or two, thus raising pressure enough to increase velocity a trifle.    

That's my hypothesis, and I'm sticking to it.   Angry
