I'm thinking about replacing the tang sight with a vernier style sight, probably from MVA.  There is a local .22 ram bash that I plan on shooting in and the ability of a vernier sight to repeatably change elevations has great appeal. The sights are not original to this gun so they can be changed without incurring the wrath of the collecting gods.
