just aquired a 44 1/2 with an original 32 ideal  barrel.   a a bit rough but would like to give it a try.  suggestions a load and bullet

11.0 AA #9, 14.5 300 MP, with 225 B+D at 30/1. these are working well. more testing. Have RKS  Gain Twist for the PJ 230 gr. the B+D seems to wotk better. Pete
