shell holder question

Any one know the correct shell holder for a 40-90 case?   I am using a Lee #16, but it is a bit loose on the case and the primer seating is not smooth unless I  hold the case in the center.     Could not find  the 40-90 listed on Lee's  charts,

Thanks,

I believe the only shellholder made for the 40-90 is a CH4D No.25.
