Except for the meplat, the old Lyman/Ideal #313493 looks kinda coke bottle-ish. Extend the ogive on it.

Winged bullets are old news. My niece shoots them regularly. Smooth bore, depleted uranium etc.

I had to do a little digging but here is a pic of the old Herters Wasp waist bullets for the guy's that haven't seen them.
