Hi Gents ,

i think i have had made a bad mistake and enlarge the flasholes of my 45-70 BP Brass up to 1/8 ( 3,2 mm)

Have you got any experiences if i can shoot them without to harm the rifle ( Rolling Block) or myselfe
I load them with 68 grs. FFg BP and corked it with a Lyman Postell
use LP Primers.
Any Idea ?

thx for help Undecided

scrap brass.

See Phillip Sharp's book on reloading - you will get a slight gain in velocity for a HUGE gain in PRESSURE.

thx  a lot

i try to discharge the loaded rounds so far it will be possibile
because the Black are compressed to a solid mass
perhaps it will be able as a primingpowder for Flintlocks... Angry

The Brass will change into Blowtubes and or find it`s way to a scrapdealer....
