Thinking of going - staying in Warsaw. No fancy needed. Just convenient, clean & reasonable cost. Any recommendations? Thanks.

The above site is price line, gives a good idea on costs.
I stayed at the Warsaw Lodging and it was good, about 70.00 a night, that is about average now a days.

A yellow pages search for motels in Warsaw might show more places.

several members regularly stay in a motel in Plymouth Indiana.   Its a little bit farther away but almost about the same time as driving from the east side of Warsaw (where most of the motels there are located) through town to the range at Etna Green.  And I think that the Plymouth motels are a little less expensive, though the town does not offer as many dining options as Warsaw.

If you are driving you may want to stop at one of the State of IN tourist information centers on the major highways.  they have coupon booklets for motels that can yield a considerable savings-----I travel Indiana for my work and stay on motels about 10 nights per month---I use those coupons a LOT---probably save 14-20 % over the usual "discount" rates.

I have been staying at the Days Inn in Plymouth for a few years now it is a little cheaper and there is a good restraunt right in front. Drive time is maybe 5 min more. I stay there for all matches except the fall match the blueberry festival has them booked up years in advance.

As your really cheap former treasurer, I can recommend Economy Inn at $ 35.00 a night, $ 40 on weekends

Bare bones  located on Rt 30 Warsaw  while the toilet paper is semi-transparent it is durable  worked for me

Thanks all. After a fine match at AVL, NC, I'm wiped out. Decided to postpone E.G. 'til 2016. Will keep your input for the 2016 schedule. Ray
