This pops up every now and then.  There was  very recent thread about it actually.  The web site still exists but the company doesn't seem to any longer.

Frederic - It has been discussed on the Forum that they are no longer in business, yet their website is still up.
Your only option is for Ballard parts is search the internet for various companies that are selling parts.  I spent one full day, plus, searching for a single extractor - butt plate and butt plate screws
What part or parts are you in need of?

I have no wood screws for Stevens, Ballard or Winchester I get asked for then all the time can't make them on my machine. I need to set up and do a run of Ballard screws as I need some myself I have taken screws out of some of my guns for guys the really need them and now  its to a point I need some bad myself  . let me know maybe if i get enough requests I will get on this quicker     ken

It's a zombie web site, I tell ya.

We discussed this at the Alma gun match last weekend. It seems to be the consensus that they're closed.
