I set my measure for the charge I want to use while I'm at home. Then weigh it, and load a few rounds. Once I get to the range for load work up, I don't weigh them again when I change. But I do very slight changes in the powder measure at the range.
Once I've tried different loads at the range to find what works best, I take the measure home and throw a charge on the scale to weigh it. After that I've got the weight, and know what the gun likes.
I shoot mainly fixed ammo, so I use an old Huntington hand press at the range to assemble rounds as I fire them for load work up. Makes it very easy to make up a few rounds, shoot, and adjust if needed.

That's a nice press. I haven't got a portable inline press.  I sometimes take an old Ideal tong tool to the range when I am tinkering with seating depth. I load the rounds at home very long and then just play away. With a caliper and my notebook, of course. Sometimes that draws questions from those at the nearby bench. Not as many as breech seating, but some. I assume yours uses standard reloading dies?

I have shot Highpower for years. I always carry my Lee hand press.  I have loaned it out several times. Sooner or later I will use it. I have use it to load at the range . It takes standard 7/8 x 14 dies.
