The GREAT AMERICAN SCHUETZENFEST was held in conjunction with the ISSA Phoenix regional match 
The G.A.S. is 100 shots offhand at 200 yards (ISSA rules)
The first 40 shots of this match are composed of the shooter’s scores from the iron sight and scope events of the ISSA regional. The final 60 shots are any sight.
This was the first annual GAS and 9 shooters competed.
Results:
1st - Chip Mate with a score of 2008-3*
2nd - Mike Painter with a score of 1933-2
3rd - Chuck Lopas with a score of 1878
*Congratulations to Chip Mate, he used black powder for the entire event.
