New Match in NW Connecticut

I have a 2 day match scheduled in NW CT August 8 & 9, 2015,9:00AM - 4:00PM. North West Connecticut Sportsmans Association (NWCSA) located on Rt 44 between Caanan and Winsted. For Info and a flyer with directions - Pat Smith  kps.smitty@optimum.net

You have to have privileges to enter in announcements, not sure what the required approval process to get privileges is or if there is maybe an "email to" to have info posted. Maybe Josh or someone can please explain the process.
