"But, be aware that one of the posters above believes that "a Hepburn one could only assume it has never been known to have been a first rate bench rifle" and you will suffer accordingly."

And who might that be Glenn so the others don't get the blame? I find it interesting how you took it upon yourself to take it out of its original context and then to present it here. You could have also added some more additional quotation marks that did not exist to make it even more dramatic!

HighNoon as stated earlier Congratulations on your new purchase! With Dennis in your corner you are indeed on your way to success. Dennis is probably at the top of list with a handful of others who are extremley knowledgeable with the Hepburns as well as what it takes to get them shooting competitvely off the bench.

J Louis,

Dennis is one very special guy. We go way back with our interest in the small calibers. In fact the very first year I published Small Caliber News I put Dennis on the summer 1998 cover!
Here is the photo with one of his beautiful custom Winchester High Walls in South Dakota with a large jack rabbit he shot using his 17 Super Max!
A great friend that is now tutoring me on the lead bullet game and I have a lot to learn.

There were 10 cases on GunBroker this morning. Hope one of you two got them.

Saw those, but not ready to pay $4 ea. for unknown condition brass. Loose primer pockets on old .25-21 I've purchased has been a real issue in the past.
