They look like dies for a 310 hand tool.

The top one looks like one of those Redding precision seating dies.  At a guess, I would say the bottom two are for a Schmitt reloading press.

You might post these pictures on the ARTCA Forum.  There are some experts and scholars there who could identify them positively.
