Hello,
Just thought I'd stop and introduce myself. I'm Scott Elliott and am relatively new to the enjoyable past time of shooting (and collecting) single shot rifles. I have been shooting with the guys at The Ben Avery range in Arizona. They have been very helpful and a good group to associate with. It's been fun and I look forward to new experiences, friendships and poking holes in paper.
I have experience with handloading for multiple rifle and handgun cartridges along with some wildcats. However, my true love is rimfire shooting and I am gravitating toward this aspect of shooting and collecting single shot rifles.
My membership to the ASSRA has been mailed and I am looking forward to next week's match at Ben Avery. I look forward to active participation in ASSRA events and look forward to giving back to our love of the single shot rifle.

I know you'll love this shooting. 

You and I have two things in common. We are both Elliott's and we both started SS at the same age (40). I'm now 70 but, have lost none of the love for single shots.

welcome to the weird wacky world of single shots.    Just wait until you get hooked on shooting 22 rim fires @ 200 yards   bench or offhand Cheesy Cheesy
