IDEAL 1892 bullet luber

Went to a gun show and picked up an ideal bullet luber.  I am missing 2 parts to it...1 is the shaft that goes on the bottom and the other is the middle piece with the   threads.  I would like to buy them...or can a machinist make these pieces?

They shouldn't be all that hard for a machinist to make. The only hard part would be to figure the thread diameter and pitch. Its hard to get the thread pitch from the inside of a hole that small. There may be a chance that the depth adjustment part that you need is the same as the one on the #45, if thats the case it would be very easy to have the parts made.
