Thank you. Can see to type my response much better, though still way too small. At least the words are better separated and am able to read what I've typed without my nose on the screen.

I'm having a hard time seeing the text.  How can I change it back to the old black format/template? Other than color I don't see any difference.

Thanks, Josh.  It does seem odd not reading white-on-black, but that took getting used to at first.  I find the new blue background more restful to my eyes than the old white-on-black, although it isn't as distinctive as the old look.

I notice some of the words in boxes (like NEW) are either cut off or extend out of the bottom of the boxes.  Kind of like the old Sunday comics when one of the color sets was printed a little out of the borders of the drawings.  Also, I can't find the "Preview" feature for the postings.  I'll check the "Help" section to see what I can do.

Control + helps but I have always liked the old black. Is it format?

Thanks Josh. Now please change it back.  Wink

Can you increase the size of the type. I darken the screen but the type is still hard to read. I think change is good. Think bigger type would be better for old eyes.

This is a side effect of increasing the text size without increasing the icon size as well. Believe it or not, I actually bumped up the text 2 sizes in our "Default" template from what shipped with it, and then bumped it up another 2 sizes for the "Extra Large Fonts" Template. While I work on getting the Black Template working correctly I will see if I cant adjust things around to get rid of that..

There's a post in the Help forum that contains some known issues and questions. Where the Preview went is one of them. (I will be adding to that post as new issues or questions come up, so check there first before posting a new question).

It would be suggested that the special requests and complaining all be put aside for awhile and let Josh continue to do his job as HE sees fit.  He was most likely up all last night loading the new program, and it's not more the 10 hours old and the whining has begun already.  If you have cataracts and can't see, take your problem to a doctor to resolve, not Mr. Josh.

Come on fellas, it's called appreciation, so start showing some of your's by being silent with the complaints and demands.

It is Josh's prerogative of how he wants to set the site's options and we need to be flexible enough to take it as we find it.

We are all quests on the ASSRA Forum, but many are acting as if they are vested owners.

Harry, at the moment this is our only color choice (can choose larger fonts if needed though).

The old templates are not compatible with the new software, and I haven't found any pre-made templates for this version yet. I am working to re-created the old "Black" template, but its going to take some time. Will make an announcement when its available.

Just so long as you don't find a new 'Nitro' template - we might not have time to read the posts.

How do you change the text size on the posts?  I have trouble reading the small
font size that is the default.

Shift with Ctrl and +

Repeat to taste.
