I bought a Pedersoli soule sight from Cabelas, I haven't received it yet. Are they good sights, are the adjustments repeatable? What do you think of them in general?

For a few years I used one of the Pedersoli midrange soule sights.  It worked reasonably well but I eventually got rid of it as it had developed some slop.  It was pretty bulky and difficult to get a cleaning rod past with my Sharps.  But I did shoot quite a few nice groups with it Smiley

Have shot with two folks who used Pedersoli sights. One tried using a vernier to get repeatability. After a several months of frustration they both moved to other tang sights (MVA & Hoke). Sights are like rifles............. you pretty much get what you pay for.

I have a couple Pedersoli sights that work fine if you don't expect too much from them.

But for $225 you get SO much more with the Lee Shaver Economy sights

These are now my "go to" sights if I don't want to spend big $$
