Where can I find a source for .228 bullets to load the .22 Extra long Maynard?

I don't know of anyone that sells cast .228 bullets for the 22 Maynard Extra Long CF.
Ideal once produced a mould #228151.
I never ran across that Ideal mould, but after a lot of digging, I finally obtained an old Winchester Repeating Arms mould cut for that same ~45 grain bullet for my own casting and loading.
