If you are looking for one.  Seems like almost retail.
Does anybody use one?  What is your opinion?

Nice press. I have the mag size with a 2.9" stroke. The one on e-bay is the med 2 1/8" stroke. I got mine a while ago when they were going for $175.00. They are $200.00 from Harrell's.

I've had one. Since they first came out, it's been without fault.

I have the magnum version.
I don't think it is fit for any kind of hard use but it would be good for neck sizing or bullet seating.

There are a lot of cheaper presses made that can get the job done, but I like the idea of it being portable.  I shoot .45-90, .40-65, and hopefully in a couple of months I will be shooting .327 Federal Mag. using a 165 gr. cast bullet.

George, what are you going to be using to shoot a 165 grain bullet in a 327 FM?  Sounds kinda like what I wanted to do with an original low wall until I saw what the pressures look like, so I dropped the whole idea unless/until I can find a high wall or other full strength gun for it.  A Ruger #3 carbine might be interesting...  Roll Eyes

Froggie,
I have a Ruger No. 3 with No. 1 wood, presently in .22 Hornet. Planning on using a round straight taper barrel either 24" or 26".
About 25 years ago, I had a Ballard Scheutzen, Jr. that chambered in .32-40. Ron Long made me a nose pour mould for a 165 gr. spitzer with the largest band .313 and tapered to .311 for breech seating.  Sold the rifle and mould, but ran across some bullets recently that I casted for it  and tried one in a .327 Fed. Mag. case.  The base of the bullet was a tight fit, so I am thinking about a .311 or .313 bore and 1:14 twist (now I will ask for suggestions)  Grin.  Steve Durren is going to be doing the work. All the measurements have to be worked out.
As far as loads, I'm going to start with Lyman cast bullet manual loads and work from there.
