I have a 15 Lyman and the front lense is dirty inside with a couple of what looks like rust spots. It's there anyone besides Parsons doing lense repair and cleaning?  Appreciate any help.

Trace Scope Repair did a great job cleaning my Lyman Super Targetspot lens and replacing the cross hairs.

They have also done an Unertl and a Weaver T36 for me as well.

Their address has changed:

can we send scopes to Canada for repair, and get them back, or is that also on the Homeland Security do not allow list?

I purchased a 10 X scope from the U.S.

It was seized by Home Land Security at the border and the U.S. shipper was fined $250.

Pretty ridiculous since any Canadian can go to the local hardware store or sporting goods store and buy a scope.

Don't let Canadians buy scopes.

My vote for Iron Sight.  Have had several Unertl and Lyman STS's, and a Win. A-5 repaired.  One price for all problems.  I think they're charging $95.00.  They do take their time but I have been very pleased.

My, my, how things have changed.  When the long range BP matches were being shot at Chilliwack, I used to tell people I was going to Canada to shoot at the United States.  Smiley Nobody did anything about it Undecided (The range was oriented so we shot to the south.  Cheesy)

I used L&K scope repair in Eldrige Mo. I shipped my Lyman supertarget scope 12X for cleaning and had him installed a medium crosshair.  It took two weeks and 150 dollars and I'm very happy with the work. Check him out on the web. Hope this help.

So Frank - we never heard about your actions in Canada. We know you a re not in jail and made it back to the U.S.

So what was your revenge. Never spent any money up here. Our Canadian dollar is now in free fall. Great way to destroy our economy.

In return we are sending Target box stores back to the U.S.
