Merry Kowa Christmas

Print Post
I posted up 3 weeks back about how my Kowa TSN821 blew over in a wind gust and was broken in half.  Well hats off to Kowa they received my broken scope on Dec 1st. and had it shipped back via UPS on the Dec 15th., total repair cost including shipping $150.  I feel when a company that serves our shooting community does a quality job that it should not go unmentioned.  Thanks to everybody that replied to my first posting "Kowa Scope", a lot of good information was put forth there about spotting scopes in general.

My experiences with their service dept. were equally good. Kowa has high quality scopes backed by high quality customer service!
