Looking 4 links on fixed 32-40

With winter here I always wanted to load 32-40 for the offhand targets. I have heard through the grape vine that a number of shooters at etna green do this. I would be fine with groups averaging 2' to almost 3" at 200. Is this something relatively easy to accomplish? My rifle has shot six 25's in a row at matches and the flyers have typically been my fault (mis-reading the wind, lazy loading technique, etc). But I typically shot in the 215 -220 ish range with BS (breach seating) but I think I would do as well with larger groups but less fatigue. Currently I use a 195gr Ron Long but am also wondering if 170 gr would do as well.

Thanks for your input,
Charles
