Dave Scott was a Texas based writer. He wrote for Precision Shooting and other accuracy mags. Col. T.J. Jackson was a retired U2 pilot that had a very nice machineshop at his home. Ed Shilen, John Jones, Frank Wilson, Don Geraci, and Ralph Council are still around. I don't know of any rimfire shooting being done there.

Sounds like fun for the accuracy minded shooters. It would be interesting to have this set-up now with all the latest advancements. I quit shooting B/R about 15 years ago and we were still using the angled stocks. New design has the parallel with barrel stock that has to be an improvement to ride the bags straight. I am also surprised that they didnt use the full length of 300 yd. To me this would be the best testing if they were fortunate enough to have this distance available. My favorite shooting is at about this range. I am lucky to live near my club that has a 300 m range that is quite wind sheltered, Great load testing on a windless evening ,but not as good as indoors
