FJ Zika tang sight it help

The base measures 1 7/8 inch center to center. Back of the sight staff is marked 518 bottom of staff is marked FJ Zika. The angle is wrong for a rolling block or any other tang I have tried.  The sight is canted rearward when setting on any tang.

Thinking there should be a screw under the base to adjust the position of the spring which will change the position of the staff.
