If you order the CH4D die set for the 25-21 ... tell them on the 0.5x9/16 Cone Seat Stem for the seating die that you want a 1/4" cone extension below the threads.  Otherwise, you will not be able to seat 85 or 100gr bullets with no compression.

Mr Davidson replaced my stem for free
