ASSRA Target Dimensions?

Another member has asked if I can help prepare a target overlay transparency of the 50' ASSRA target, preferably rings only.

I can - easily - but I need a chart or table with the dimensions of the scoring rings down to the closest 0.001" if possible, or whatever units the data is available in.

Scans or bitmap (JPEG) images aren't what I'm referring to here either. I could measure an existing printed target but that's kinda innacurate for what the desired outcome is to be.

Anyone who has info can PM me here or e-mail me at:

- but remember you have to swap out the _~_ bits for the proper characters or it won't work!!

Could you explain a bit further why measuring an existing target gives you inaccuracies and hinders what you are wanting to produce?
Since you are able to measure an existing target,
you should be able to obtain the distance between rings readily, outside edge to outside edge, or ...
The "lineweight" of the rings themselves would be determined by what you decide to input into your drawing program, and you should be able to apply a "fill" to the center circle, or not, as you wish.
Units can be converted to whatever measurement system(s) you are most comfortable working with.

If you can't measure a target to .001" I don't know what good a more precise overlay is going to do you.
