Couldn't find a town map of Brussels East from the 1930s.

But I researched for old pictures and postcards of the department along that Tervueren Street.

Illustration with the map is taken from google maps and shows the situation nowadays along the Tervueren Street. We need a view to the region of house number 322 (like mentioned in the snippet). 
But I couldn't find one.

I found pictures of other parts of the Tervueren Street, close to our "search object".

Picture #1 shows a bird's view to the west. 

Picture #2 shows a view to the east. 

Picture #3 shows another view to the east. 

So we can see, along the street were buildings and stores everywhere. And probably restaurants on the first floor. And when we have a look on these pictures, we cannot imagine about a shooting range there, which provides 100 or 200 yard lanes for shooting with Swiss stutzers. At most a small indoor shooting place for gallery matches.
