I believe in tuning neck tension and use Meachums neck size dies. Anything Meachum makes is top quality.

I load at the range when developing or changing. Most of the time with a Lee nutcracker tool.  Back in the shop on a pair of Lyman turret presses and dies tuned to the job. 

My main single shot  38/55 run 6 60 round boxes at a time. Same load same sight settings.  No confusion or setting errors at a match. Season gets going shoot through 3 boxes start on the other 3 reloading the emptys.
