If you are referring to a swage that alters the shape of the bullet or makes it a hollow point Neal B. Waltz is the man to talk to. He doesn't have a web site but his address is 4105 Hyatt N.W.; Massillon, 0h 44648. I don't have his phone number but you can find it online easy enough.

jonskorepa - Neil Waltz will cut the die to you specs.  I believe he normally cuts the inside diameter to .225.  My rifle has a tight bore so I had mine cut to .224, no extra charge.  So if you have an old rifle with a large diameter, e.g., .226, I'm sure he'll be happy to accommodate.

A few years back, I asked Mr.Waltz to make a die that would resize to 0.2265" or 0.227".  He refused because of potential product liability issues.
