that is exactly what I was asking I have no idea which tool to use for a high wall or a low wall. I don't think I have ever seen one. with my cpa I just use a plugged case but I have been told that  a breach seating tool is needed for the Winchester model 1885

A plugged case will work in a Winchester just like a Stevens or a CPA. The Winchester doesn't have the same amount of camming a Stevens has. 

Or you can buy a Weber seater or make one like the one in bpJacks thread.
