I have a buchel meister with a .313 bore, the closest mould I have is a NEI stop ring. It throws a .3155 bullet. Can I reduce it .002 by changing the alloy? I currently cast with a 25 to 1 alloy? Should I just shoot a .0025 oversized bullet?

    By all means, try it like it is.   The stop ring should seat far enough fwd to engage the throat, is the only concern.
