tom
i got the other false muzzle and bullet starter on there.i almost started to bid on yours and all i would have done was made you pay more.glad you got it back with the gun.i am gonna try to find where this one goes and reunite it.i have been lucky to get a couple back together over the years.if he had listed them correctly they would have brought a lot more.

I put one HE-- of a bid in when I saw what it was. When you get them see if there is a number in the starter base.
The third one based on rifling I am sure was Zischang.
He did not know what he had there.
I asked about them and he got them from someone in NO.CAl. who sold them for a friend. His story anyway.
Ask Tom Rowe if he knows where the rifle is he put me on this knowing I had the rifle.
Yes 45 Govt I was ready for bids to roll in the last few seconds.
Bob then thats the rifle you must be right. Muzzle must have been gone 60=70 years or more?

Talk about finding a needle in a haystack! I hate seeing things I really want on Ebay, as the odds of winning them seem bad for me. So glad you won the auction, and got reunited with the original barrel!

Congrats Tom - a man with luck like yours might want to make a trip to Vegas but on second thought maybe not, you used up a big chunk of your lifetime luck on that one. Roll Eyes
