who is still making custom bullet molds?

Can someone tell me who to contact for a custom (.309) tapered bullet mold for breech
seating. Any thoughts or comments on Hoch bottom poor flat nosed bullets the type that CPA offers? I read a post about James Barton molds are they still being made? Any comments on them welcome. I know there is Steve Brooks, but don't know if he makes a Schuetzen type bullet. Looking for someone that knows our kind of shooting as I am not a bullet designer

Thanks
Bob H.

Steve Brooks will make you a schuetzen bullet.  I've just placed an order for a tapered .32 cal bullet for my CPA.   He's a good guy to deal with.

I've been very pleased with my molds from Accurate Molds.   .  He has a wide variety of designs available and can easily accommodate new designs or modifications of existing designed.  He offers excellent price and rapid delivery time. and the fit and finish of his molds,, Iron, Al, or Brass are second to none.

However:  at last report he still makes nothing under 30 cal and all of his bullets have a small flat meplat on the nose.

Jim Borton makes a .309 bullet mould of about 200 gr, you won't find a better performing 30 cal bullet for breech seating.  Ledball

I have purchased a Jim Borton .309 bullet mold that is a tapered design with three grease rings. It cast a 204 grain bullet and is an accurate shooting design. I've been told that he also makes one that has 5 grease rings I'd like to try that one as well sometime. I believe you will do well with a Borton mold.

I have .28 and .30 cal. molds by Jim Borton. Follow his instructions carefully and he will provide a mold that will be right on! A pleasure to deal with, very timely and reasonable.
