A Handy Paper Patch Cutter

A while back my neighbor built this simple patch cutter that beats using a template by a mile.  The strips are cut to width with a standard paper cutter.  The devise is adjustable for length of the patches.

I didn't get the detail in the photo but the bottom blade of the scissors has two holes drilled and counter sunk in it and is attached with a couple of sheetrock screws.

Do you know the exact angle of the cut?

I'm going to make one of these.  Has to be a quantum leap foreward from a template.  As for the angle:  just make it the same as your template.  Should be simple enough.

It's a 60 degree angle, the same as described in the previous edition of the Lyman cast bullet handbook.

Thanks for giving me that angle...since I don't have a template or that particular edition of the Lyman CBH.
