Hank - I don't know.
The question really is:  how do PP cooper jacket lead bullets shoot?  Because frangible bullets are all a powder core of a polymer & believe tungsten encased in a cooper jacket

The Danish 1889 Krag-Jørgensen rifle was designed for BP and a jacketed bullet. The Danish Arsenal states max. pressure at 2600bar~37700psi using this combo.

So please make sure your rifle can handle modern/smokeless pressures before you steer blindly into this!
