1863 sharps carbine question.

I just bought this on line and it arrived. I have had a couple of sharps and there is always some differences between them. The questions I have on this one are under the barrel is marked the matching serial No and then just behind that and before the stock screw block is an eagle stamped with what could be a C or something next to it. An X is stamped just before the serial No. I assume that is a subinspector mark. I have never seen the eagle on a sharps before. I have seen different eagles as arsenal acceptance marks. The other question is I only find one other sub inspector mark on the lever lock slide, one on each side. There is no three letters on the barrel just ahead of the breach on the left and the saddle ring plate just ahead of the screw. The last one could be due to ring wear. Any info on this gun will be appreciated as I have only 3 day inspection. Thanks again for any help.

Looks like a better than average Sharps.  Can't comment on the eagle.  Does the SN under the barrel match the one on the receiver tang?

I have a 1863 conversion Sharps. It has three lands and uses 50 caliber shells. I bought 20 rounds from Buffalo Arms to just have. I don't think the rifle has ever been fired since it was converted.
I don't see any eagle or serial number under the barrel .The serial number on the tang is 84927.
There is a K , 78 , and a  3  under the barrel , all separated from each other by at least an inch.
If your rifle is still original it should be 52 caliber and have 6 land rifling.
I have JTH and DTC  inspector marks stamped in my stock.
There are no inspector marks on lever lock slide.
