If you mean how much change in point of impact per movement of the rear sight, there's a formula.  Very precisely measure the distance between the front and rear sights (sight radius).   The movement of point of impact on the target is proportional to change in rear sight height , sight radius, and the distance to the target.

All measurements are in inches, (including range to the target.)

Formula:
Impact change at target /[(range to target) X (sight radius)]=change in sight height

My Model 16 Maynard rear sight.
This is a vernier sight, with .010" per division. The barrel is 28" long, the bullet moves ~1.14" per sight division.
