Anyone know if the 35 Winchester cartridge is legal for NRA BPTR / BPCS competition?

not sure, is a smokeless cart allowed as the .35  Win. was never a black powder cart. Came out in the Mdl 95.

Thanks guys, I checked on the Shiloh site and the 35 Winchester is not legal, Maynard 35-30, 35-40 and 35 Wesson seem to be legal, 35-55 & 35-70 Maynard in limbo status.

I could be mistaken but it was my understanding that Steve Baldwin was using a .35 cal with great results. Does anyone know what cartridge he's using?

Baldwin is using a 35-40 maynard to very good success but I think his fouling control is what keeps him around the top ten at the nationals. LB
