In looking over the ASSRA rule book posted in Announcement catagory of this site, I see a witness is required.  Are these postal matches required to be shot on a regulation ASSRA club range?  Due to closing of closest ASSRA club (50 Mi.) from me over decade ago, is it possible to have these matches on an honor system whereby one could shoot on their home range?  The CBA has had this type of match for years..might bring in some shooters who are not able to travel long distances to regestered match.
