Lgs I have been going to since early 1972.  Always wondered why there were never any real nice S.S. rifles for sale..oh the occasional trapdoor, but never any nice Ballards, Sharps, etc..I just figured they were scarce in my area.  Visited today, and spied a Very nice Sharps 1874 military partly hidden behind door...looked so clean, I thought it was a Shilo..also a very nice 1873 Win. 
   I asked about the Sharps..fellow I have known for years acted sort of startled as he glanced towards guns..."oh those...they just came in...thats our not-for-sale rack".  I would like to see the owners collection!
