Takes three to five seconds or less to clean a primer pocket if you have a Simmons re-decapper.  Big advantage is to have preloaded cases ready. Speed shooting through a calm can win matches, if you don't get caught. That is.

Preloaded cases was one of the things I tried it didn't work for me. My ES went up and my scores went down not a lot, but in Benchrest a point or two is all it takes. I went back to one case and my spreads went down and my scores returned.
