Hi All !!!

Yep on what Fitz said !!!  I've been collecting these type's of Mount's since Hector was a Pup and back in the Day they sold for $25 !!!  Those Day's are gone !!!

Watch your de-greasing or you may wash the Paint off the Mount !!!

While the penetrating oil loosened the W&E knobs so they turn, they don't click as much as they should.

Your doing very well then. I have two STS's and one is what is called a Soft Click type. That may be what yours is.

I have it on good authority (a dealer at a gun show--they always know their stuff) that these were the ones issued to snipers.  But keep this under your hat, or all the sniper-crafters will be taking them away from us innocent paper-punchers.
