I got mine off ebay a couple of months ago with an old Lyman turret press for under 70$.  One just has to watch.

Little known fact... the #5 Micrometer works best for 4759 of anything I have been able to find.

4759, & some other long-grained powders, is the only thing I use mine for--just hate to hear all those grinding sounds with such powders in my Redding BR.  And you wouldn't believe how much easier  & more positive the "throw" of the handle becomes if you make a knob out of a wooden drawer pull, or something similar, & insert it into the "ring" of the handle.  The #1 & #2 measures were originally supplied with just such knobs, but Ideal must have omitted them from the later models to cut costs.

The #5 works excellently dropping fine powder too.
Swiss Nul-B has a fine mesh size of 60.  Set at 4.5grs, I can crank the handle dropping the exact charge into a case every time

Remember: Clean the powder charger after every use!
