Hey guys, Question on loading for the wildcat .219 Donaldson Wasp, I want to use IMR-8208XBR and no load data for that, how do I start with a load for a 50 grain bullet? Thompson Center Contender, MGM 27 inch heavy barrel. Thanks Andy

According to Hodgdon, (You need to Login or Register to view media files and links)
8208 is a "tad slower" than H4895. Take it from there. At least that's what I would do.

My Wasp may be atypical but to me, 4895 seems a tad slower than 8208. The difference is small, so I could be reading the pressure signs imperfectly. YMMV, so start low and follow the usual precautions. Oh, and enjoy!
