Indeed. Other than the octagon receiver top it looks identical to my 38-56 C.Sharps. They do an excellent job.

Crooked Creek, That's a very nice piece. Where did you get the front sight. Need one for my 22 High Wall.

hwshooter/Mike,
I'm the second owner of the rifle, but if I am remembering the letter I got from C. Sharps Arms correctly, the sight package was "optioned out" on the original purchase. I'm not certain of the manufacturer of the front sight, but it looks exactly like the ones that came on my two Browning BPCR rifles, right down to the inserts being interchangeable. You should be able to get one like it from a number of sources.
If you are planning to shoot long range (like 200 yard silhouette) you might want to consider one that has windage adjustments, in addition to the bubble level.
Best of luck and thanks to all for the kind comments.

Rodger, Yes it looks like a Browning, but the two Brownings I have don't have the hole in the top. I understand that Advanced Tech has quit making sights. I even had Tony make me one for my Shiloh.I sure like those sights as they take Lyman inserts and have that big bubble these old eyes can see. Thought you might know someone making a copy.
Are you going to shoot BPCR 22 silhouette with you rifle if you do you will find it is a tack driver. One of my buddies has one like yours with a Green Mt barrel and wins with it most of the time. Thanks for the reply. Good shooting Mike
