Boats:

The four targets of 20 shots were shot back to back within the ISSA time limit of 1 hour in a ISSA competition on an ISSA registered target under ISSA rules and without re-entry. There is no re-entry in ISSA events. The target was signed and verified by people at the ISSA match.

As I stated somewhere else. When I started in WNY I shot with two guys who did nothing but shoot 100 5 shot targets. Neither would turn in a target that was larger than 3/8" point of pride.

I've seen our target frames at Etna Green full of Kelley Targets [5 shot group] some with two shot, some three, etc.  I have shot maybe 10 Kelley targets in a four day match, trying to get one good enough to win, place or show. What this means is [other than a lot of fun] is that it is very hard [not impossible] to set down at the bench and shoot your very best on call.   Has anyone ever wonder why the Rowland match record is still around an inch when there have been several targets shot in other matches that would have beaten the Rowland record, same goes for the Assra 10 shot group record, these matches are single entry meaning we have to set down and do it NOW, and there is the problem.  ledball

Joe B. what about the rules for the challenge, are you still thinking on the protocol or are you hoping everyone will just forget it about it and will just go away.

Why don't we all meet at Etna Green and hash it out there.

There are other matches besides shooting 200 yard rifle's at 100 yards, Louis.  Are you stupid?

Nope but you must be, this topic and the challenge is about 5 shot group shooting at 100yds.

I really think you girls should get together somewhere and settle this thing like men. If you read the latest Journal it has a strong message about getting to the big matches.  Come on Louis.  I know you can back up everything you say. Why give lip service when you can actually do it?

Also I think the stakes should be a minimum of 500.00, not a sissy sum of 100.00.

Joe, does a 14 shot group and a 4 shot group out of 25 shots count with iron sights? Wink
